your trust, and make it a high priority to ensure the security and confidentiality

RESERVATION
You can make online booking through our two websites:
www.stayinvietnam.com and www.traveltovietnam.com
or by email to contact@stayinvietnam.com
and customer@traveltovietnam.com.
After making the online booking, you will receive an automatic response informing that your booking is successfully submitted.
At this stage, this auto-response does not mean that the booking is confirmed. The
reservation status is followed up within 24 working hours and be confirmed via email,
except special cases such as holidays, weekends etc. If you do not receive any confirmation
from us within 24 hours after submitting the reservation, please contact us again. |
PAYMENT
1. Payment by credit card: You can make the payment through secure
system of ONEPAY (our payment gateway) and VIETCOMBANK (our acquirer ID) with whom
we contract for payment transactions.
After receiving your confirmation about using the services with us, we will send
you the invoice and the link on the website of ONEPAY where you can make the online
payment by credit card. To protect credit card transactions, we currently use Secure
Socket Layer technology to encrypt credit card information during transit.

4. Payment In Cash: If you prefer the payment in cash, we require
only some sum of the payment, for example one night for the hotel booking or 30%
of total amount for tour booking to be paid in advance to secure the booking. The
balance of payment can be settled after you arrive to Vietnam.

CANCELLATION
The policy of refund or cancellation is usually noticed for each booking you make
with us but in generally any cancellation will be charged as follow:
For Hotel Booking:
- 15 days to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the first night charge.
- 10 days to 5 days prior to arrival: One night’s stay charge.
- Within 5 days or no show: Full length of stay charge.
- Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will
incur the same charge. Changes to your period/length of stay may also result in
a cancellation charge. This includes shortened stay requests or revised dates.
For Tour Booking:
- 30 days to 15 days prior to arrival: 30% of the full amount charge.
- 15 days to 7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full amount charge.
- 7 days to 3 days prior to arrival: 80% of the full amount charge.
- Within 3 days or no show: Full amount charge.
Changes or reduction of the number of travelers may also result in a cancellation
charge.
For Ticket Booking:
- Domestic ticket: After ticket issued, 15% charge for D, J, K class or
30% of the ticket cost charge for L, M class.
- International ticket: After ticket issued, US$25/ticket/route will be charged.
For Visa Application: No refund applied once you made the payment.
Unless stated otherwise above, cancellations received prior to the period(s) or
dates(s) mentioned above will incur a processing fee equivalent to US$10 per booking.
Note: If you incur a cancellation fee of one or more nights due
to late cancellation, the 10 USD fee will not be charged.
Reservation is guaranteed for arrival on the confirmed check-in date only. If you
don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not
alert Sun N’ Sea Travel in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation may
not receive any refund.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS
All refunds required in the event of cancellations, amendments, or early check-out
will be credited to your card within 10 business days.

INSURANCE
Insurance is not included in the tour cost but we can assist you to buy the travel
insurance with the companies in Vietnam such as Bao Viet, AA, AIA… Otherwise we
highly recommend you arrange the travel insurance at your side before making the
journey.

PRIVACY POLICY
What information we collect?
The types of personal information that we collect from you will depend
on the circumstances of collection and on the type of service you request from us.
For example, we may collect details such as your name, address, flight and other
travel details, credit/debit card number and expiry date, billing address, telephone
numbers or e-mail address.
How we protect your personal information?
To prevent unauthorized access, we maintain reasonable physical, electronic
and organizational procedures to protect Personal Data against accidental or unlawful
destruction or accidental loss, alteration, or unauthorized disclosure or access.
To protect credit card transactions, we currently use Secure Socket Layer technology
to encrypt credit card information during transit.
How we use your personal information?
We generally collect your personal information for the following purposes:
- to provide you with the requested products and services
- to process your travel arrangements and other transactions;
- to contact you about these services
- to conduct marketing activities and market research.
Some of the personal information we collect will be essential for us to be able
to accurately identify who is using the service. Other types of personal information
we collect will help us to profile who is using our services and what their interests
are.
With whom we share your personal information?
We may share your personal information with the third parties we employ
to perform services on our behalf, such as web hosting services, data analysis,
to market our products and services, to handle credit card transactions and to otherwise
provide you with customer service. All such third parties will be under an obligation
to maintain the security and confidentiality of the Personal Data, and to process
the Personal Data only in accordance with our instructions.
Other than the above, we will not disclose your personal information without your
consent unless disclosure is either necessary to protect ourselves against liability,
to prevent a threat to life or health, authorized or required by law, reasonably
necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.
In these situations, we will prohibit the third party contractor from using personal
information about you except for the specific purpose for which we supply it.
